The rooms are small and lack sufficient staff, facilities, and equipment; however, all necessary amenities are provided. The service is top-notch with friendly and welcoming staff, though concerns about room cleanliness were raised. The dining may be overpriced but offers excellent food. The location is very convenient, especially for both Deauville and Trouville, but noise from traffic can be heard. Facilities are good, with some areas needing improvement and attention.
